seicho promotes the creativity and experiences of underserved groups in Southern California by creating multimedia installations and events, applying their talents in a practical manner to cultivate technical skill, confidence and synergy to enlighten both viewer and artist.
seicho is not for profit, but for growth: for self, society, beyond. pushing the boundaries of events and installations, seicho is here to summon the idle artist.

the shift from the "fine" arts towards purer expressions. seicho has no
ownership, other than what it guards itself, it has no leaders other
than those most qualified for the task.
seicho will not be used as a medium to promote the individual ego, reaching instead to (re)present a collective spirit through anonymity. this anti individualism is reflected through the desire to have no contact other than to directly apply our talents and to propagate our way to other, idle artists.

crack through the apathy of our populace (oversaturated with mass
media, dulled by mass literacy, obese from mass consumption, numbed
from mass input), our tactics will be sporadic, unexpected. unwanted?
our complex medium will be the message behind and beyond our simple
